Hector Cafferata K-8 School.

Cape Coral, FL (April 2025-May 2026)

This 35-acre K–8 school is being constructed at an accelerated pace to replace a campus severely damaged by Hurricane Ian. Designed to serve nearly 1,900 students, the project represents a major investment in the community’s recovery and future.

From initial site work to Certificate of Occupancy, the entire build is scheduled for completion in just 13 months—an aggressive timeline that requires tight coordination, efficient sequencing, and a highly skilled workforce. Every phase of construction is moving forward with urgency while maintaining strict standards for safety, quality, and durability.

Once complete, the new campus will provide a modern, resilient learning environment built to withstand future storms and support generations of students to come. This project stands as a testament to teamwork, resilience, and the commitment to rebuilding stronger than before.

Countryside Golf & Country Club

Naples, FL (April 2024-March 2025)

Full interior and exterior renovation of an existing clubhouse with expansion of the existing commercial kitchen. Adding two separate bar areas both indoor and outdoor. By nature, remodel projects such as this demand a high level of planning, adaptability, and communication, as field conditions and design details can evolve throughout construction. This project required flexibility and proactive coordination to accommodate changes efficiently while maintaining schedule and quality standards

East Zone Staging School

Lehigh Acres, FL (January 2026-May 2026)

This project consists of the construction of a staging school designed to temporarily house students while their permanent school is being built. The campus is being built at an accelerated pace, with a challenging 6-month schedule from site work to completion.

The site includes 30 portables to accommodate nearly 1,000 students, along with a full administration building and cafeteria to provide essential educational and operational functions. The project requires careful coordination of site logistics, utilities, and safety measures to ensure the campus is fully functional for students during its temporary use.

Despite the fast-track schedule, the project maintains a focus on student safety, accessibility, and high-quality construction, delivering a secure, efficient, and comfortable learning environment during the transition period.

Christian Life Academy

Cape Coral, FL (July 2025-January 2026) 

This project consists of the construction of a K–12 Christian school built on an active campus to meet the growing needs of the student population. The project is being executed at an accelerated pace to provide additional classrooms, administrative spaces, and campus amenities in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing school operations.

The school features modern classrooms, administrative offices, and shared learning spaces designed to support a faith-based curriculum while fostering a safe and welcoming environment for students of all ages. The project emphasizes efficient construction sequencing, site safety, and accessibility to accommodate students, staff, and faculty throughout the build.

By delivering high-quality facilities on a fast-track schedule, the project supports the continued growth and mission of the school, providing a functional and inspiring environment for education, faith, and community engagement.

Bonita Springs Elementary School

Bonita Springs, FL (May 2025-May 2026) 

This elementary school project is being constructed on an active campus while students and staff remain on site, making safety, planning, and communication top priorities. Construction activities are carefully phased to allow ongoing demolition and new building work to progress without disrupting daily school operations.

Because this is an active school site, all workers are required to be background checked and officially badged through the county before accessing the campus. The project requires constant coordination between contractors, school administrators, and safety teams to maintain secure work

Bonita Springs Elementary Cafeteria Building 

Bonita Springs, FL (May 2026-May 2027)

Set to commence upon completion of the school building on the same site.

Vanderbilt Pro Shop

Naples, FL (August 2024-March 2025)

Construction of a golf pro shop designed to serve as the central hub for both recreational and social activities at the golf course. The facility includes fully equipped locker rooms for members and guests, providing comfort and convenience for golfers and patrons.

An outdoor bar and adjacent pool area create a vibrant social environment, allowing the facility to function as both a recreational and leisure destination. The design integrates seamless circulation between the pro shop, dining, and pool amenities while maintaining a high standard of finishes and functionality.

Pine Creek Sporting Club

Okeechobee, FL (December 2024-May 2025)

This project consists of the construction of a remote sporting club designed to provide a premier recreational and dining experience in a secluded setting. The facility features a full commercial kitchen capable of supporting both casual and catered meals, along with spacious outdoor dining areas that take advantage of the natural surroundings.

Designed for both leisure and social gatherings, the club emphasizes comfort, functionality, and high-quality finishes while blending seamlessly with its remote environment. The project required careful planning for site access, utility connections, and logistics to ensure construction efficiency and long-term operational sustainability.Once complete, the sporting club will serve as a destination for recreation, dining, and social engagement, offering members a unique combination of amenities in a tranquil, private setting

Quail Creek Shooting Club

Okeechobee, FL (October 2024-Ongoing)

This project consists of the construction of a private sporting club designed to combine recreation, hospitality, and member-focused amenities within a single, sophisticated facility. The building is programmed to support both social and sporting activities while maintaining a high level of privacy and security.

Located in a remote area of Okeechobee, this club features a full commercial kitchen to accommodate dining and catered events, along with two interior bars strategically located to serve multiple gathering areas. Eight private suites provide exclusive accommodations for members and guests, while a dedicated armory is integrated into the facility to support secure equipment storage and operations.Additional amenities include a massage parlor designed for wellness and recovery, as well as a detached outdoor bar that enhances the club’s outdoor social experience. The project has required careful coordination of specialized spaces, life-safety considerations, and high-end finishes to deliver a refined, members-only sporting environment.

Regency Fitness and Social Buildings

Babcock Ranch, FL (November 2023-April 2025)

Construction of an upscale fitness and social club designed to serve as a premier wellness and gathering destination in Babcock Ranch. The facility blends high-end fitness amenities with social and lifestyle spaces to create a comprehensive, resort-style experience for members.

The club features a fully equipped commercial kitchen to support dining and social events, along with state-of-the-art locker rooms designed for comfort and functionality. Fitness offerings include a modern gym, dedicated yoga lawns for outdoor wellness programming, and a cutting-edge golf simulator that adds a unique recreational element to the facility.

Thoughtfully designed to balance performance, relaxation, and community engagement, the club delivers a sophisticated environment that supports active lifestyles and social connection. Once complete, it will serve as a signature amenity for Babcock Ranch, elevating the community’s fitness, wellness, and social offerings.

Slipaway Food Truck Park

Cape Coral, FL (May 2024-June 2025)

Construction of a vibrant food truck park designed as a multi-use destination for dining, entertainment, and waterfront activity. The site accommodates up to 12 food trucks, providing a flexible and rotating lineup of food vendors in a centralized, walkable layout.

At the heart of the project is a central pavilion featuring a large bar and gathering space that serves as the main hub for guests. Additional site amenities include dedicated pavilions for live music and events, creating an energetic atmosphere that supports both day and evening use.

The development also includes dockside fueling stations and a fully equipped ship’s store, supporting marine traffic and enhancing the site’s functionality as a waterfront destination. Thoughtfully designed for crowd flow, vendor operations, and guest experience, the project blends food, entertainment, and maritime amenities into a single, cohesive venue.

Veterans Park Performing Arts Center

Lehigh Acres, FL (May 2024-July 2025)

Construction of a black box theater performing arts center designed to accommodate over 500 patrons. The flexible performance space allows for multiple seating and staging configurations, supporting a wide range of theatrical, musical, and community events.

The facility includes dedicated concession areas to enhance the guest experience, along with fully equipped dressing rooms to support performers and production staff.

The building is a shared-use facility serving both Veterans Park Academy of Arts and Lemuel Teal Middle School— both campuses that have each undergone prior renovations which we have been a part of. This theater serves as a dynamic cultural venue for students and the surrounding community.

Bonita Terra Clubhouse

Bonita Springs, FL (February 2023-January 2025)

This project consists of the construction of a premier clubhouse designed to serve as both a social and recreational hub. The facility features a full commercial kitchen to support daily dining, catered events, and special functions, as well as a versatile event center capable of hosting gatherings of varying sizes.

The outdoor amenities include a large pool equipped with 360 feet of linear trench drain, ensuring efficient drainage and maintaining a safe, clean environment for guests. The design thoughtfully integrates the pool, clubhouse, and event spaces to provide seamless circulation, accessibility, and high-end finishes throughout.
